Did you go on Princess Cruises? From the photo of you on the balcony it really looks like a Princess Cruises ship. I love cruises (especially Princess!) and find it easy to find vegetarian and vegan food on board. Glad you had a great time in the Caribbean! I love your food photos too, you have a great blog. I'm a vegetarian but a vegan at heart.
